4 days post op and still feel gas-y and have pain in the left part of my back

I feel like I drink fluids allllll day long but my lower- mid back hurts. I am thinking it might be my kidney. Has anyone has this feeling? Also i feel like the gas is trying to decide where to go so it ends up hurting me and just sitting right below my throat for a few seconds before it will subside. Please tell me I'm not the only who is feelin this way. Anyways to help would be more then appreciated

I am 10 days post op, I was very gassy and bloated up until day 8. Yesterday was the first day I felt minimal pain, bloating, swelling or discomfort.

Make sure you are getting plenty of Water as your kidneys and liver can be overworked during your liquid phase. At day 4 I felt lousy and had much pain and discomfort, it gets better every day and today I feel so much better!
