Last night...

I learned the meaning of the phrase "PB'ed"...lol....Oh...em...gee! And really should I have eaten chicken nuggets after getting a fill last wednesday? ummm.NO...

So I got the band July 16th and Ive lost 37 lbs. so far. the next 20 lbs. down mean a lot to me and Im working really hard(aside from those nuggets!). I just feel so blessed to have this tool.

So, I would love to talk with others who have had this done!!:)

I too am so glad I got the band. I reached my goal in 10 months. I spend a little more time hungry or too tight but it's all been worth it.
