Pureed Chicken Ideas

I was thinking for my mushies this week of incorporating some favorite flavors. Do you think I can handle buffalo sauce? I was thinking of pureeing chicken and adding flavor like pest sauce, alfredo, or buffalo sauce. Also does anyone have a recipe for deviled egg salad? I think thats okay for mushy phase too. Thanks ahead of time for any ideas and/or advice.

Pesto and alfredo are going to be high in cal/fat. I would recommend getting Laughing Cow reduced fat cheese (there are several flavors); they have only 35 calories a piece. I only used one for about 12 oz of chicken. The upside is that since it is cheese you can microwave the chicken so you have something warm to eat. You could also add a small amount of Tomatoe/Sweet Red Pepper soup to shredded chicken; which again can be heated.

there are some great recipes for mushy stage on the very first page if you scroll down far enough. It takes a little digging but there are some really good ideas!
