Fickle Friend

I have been doing so well lately: little hunger, moving more, dropping nice and steadily as I have had great restriction since May and had a teeny fill in August. I even joined the Halloween challenge and lost almost 5 lbs. this week.

Well, yesterday and today the restriction seems gone. (not really) but I have been able to eat and eat. I actually had hunger today too after eating a bit more than usual today. It was a normal dinner time hunger though not a crazy "I have to eat" head hunger.

I wonder what happens that causes this and I hope it goes away soon. I doubt I need a fill as I can feel that I am tight, but just been able to eat! UGH!

For me, that always happens the week before I get my period. My period is pretty erratic at this point, but the week before I can eat about anything and I'm starving. Then my period comes and I can't eat anything (well, almost anything) for the first 2 days. This always makes me lose a few lbs and it sort of balances out. I always think I need a fill during the before week, but then I wait it out and find out that I really don't.
