I don't know what's going on. For the past couple days the area where my port is hurts. It's sore and the pain goes deep. Honestly, I haven't had much success with this damn thing...I lost 18lbs immediately following surgery, but have since found them. Can anyone help with the pain and helping me make the band assist me in losing this stubborn weight??:frown:

Have you asked your doctor? What is your band size and fill?

Sometimes port pain can be a sign of infection or erosion.

Sometimes the pain can come on because of something like an accident ( ie falling off a horse trust me ouch!) or if something hit your port area.

As for getting back on track to losing weight, I would maybe talk to a nutritionist and maybe get a fill if it has been awhile.
