My Medical Loan or CC? "No Patient Left Behind"

I have the option of splitting my surgery over two Credit Cards or using My Medical Loan's "No Patient Left Behind" program - although while filling out my paperwork I decided to google some info and found some bad reviews about them being bankrupt and people losing their money, etc. Anyone have any advice?? Or dealt w this company?? Thanks..

I almost used this company for my surgery but in the end had a family member come through for me. I understand your concern and was not comfortable with "the no patient left behind" program. 1. they could not tell me if I had to put in 50% or 75% of the total cost before the would fund the rest. 2. I would rather my money sit somewhere I know that it is safe. I am not comfortable with giving them that much money before "they fund my surgery" 3. They wanted an automatic transfer from my checking every month in a set amount. again not comfortable giving them that info either.

In the end I was not comfortable with the company so chose to use care credit. I felt better that my surgeons office recommended them and have experience working with them. They wouldn't say anything negative about " the no patient left behind" but their lack of words made we realize that they weren't right for me.

hope that helps
