Banded yesterday and I'm so bored...

I normally would give anything for some quiet time to read, watch tv or play on the internet.

My kids are with MIL and my dh is working and I'm just sitting around being totally totally bored. I took a nap when I got home yesterday and slept off my anesthesia. So I was up till 2 am this morning. Then back up at 8. I can't go to sleep and there's nothing to do.

I never thought I'd hate recovery this much. I normally like to be lazy for awhile. LOL

I know how you feel- Im pretty bored myself. But it wasnt until day 2 post op that the wall hit me and I felt like crap and slept most of the day. Im feeling the same way today but I wanted to try and get a little something in my stomach before I lay back down to sleep.

It's not the surgery. It's the Texas summer.

My niece is down from Boston for the week and we are stuck in the house bored because it is too damn hot to go out.
