Day 3 of the Pre-op diet but.......the weekend is here!!!

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to give a little update. Well to day is day 3 of my pre-op diet and i must say it sha not been as bad as the thought it was gonna be. Other then the crabbiness when i get home from work, it have been pretty good! and i have lost 4lbs Yay!!!!!!!!:huh2:

Now my problem is the weekend, i have been doing well so far because i am at work all day and then when i go home in the evening i make a shake, watch the Simpsons and Family Guy and then go to bed. (a very structured day) welllllll now comes the weekend and i am worried. I guess i could drive the whole huse crazy and clean all weekend in order to keep myself busy!

Can i get some advice from my fellow Bandsters!!!

Have a great weekend everyon:biggrin:

Hey I am having surgery the same day as you! I'm on day 3 of my diet and each day is a little better. I'm not sure what you're allowed to have but I really like the Lipton Cream of chicken soup packets that you just add to water, and campbells soup at hand tomato too! Hang in there...I've heard it will get better. Glad to find a surgery day buddy!

ALso try the muscle milk protein shakes. They are wayyy better than any others I have tried! :blushing:
