Az state employees insurance cover lapband?

I'm getting married Oct 3rd, my work doesn't cover the surgery. Just wondering if anyone from the az state got covered? Thanks

    Yes, Blue cross administered by AmeriBen does @ 80%. Some of the other ones dont. open enrollment is nov this year, do your home work.
