I took the old pic on July 4th 2009 when I was on my preop liquid diet weighing 288lbs..so yesterday, July 4th, I took an after pic in which I lost a total of 50 pounds, now weighing 238lbs...My 1 yr lap band anniversry will be on July 17th so Im going to try to lose 10 more pounds so I can say I lost 60 pounds from the date of my lap band surgury...Slow weight loss but its steady and I look and feel great!

aww thanks guys! I cant wait to be under 200 though! And yes, next 4th of July, Im gonna be looking righttt! lol determination and patience will get us all there!
