Hi everyone

I am looking for a buddy/friend interested in either chatting or maybe a exercising buddy.... I live out by 40/42 work in Raleigh..I am 43 been banded since Oct 09 lost right at 80lbs

have had my ups and downs ukkkkk would be nice to have a person to compare things with.....

    Cool. During 6 mos program with surgeon I lost 34 lbs pre op. Won't be weighed again till 2 wk follow up. Would like to get to know you and what kinda work u do. Definitely need pointers since your almost year out
