Letter of Recommendation..

Ok! I was wondering does the insurance verify the letter of recommendation? I hope I don't sound shady katie, but my pcp is taking forever and I don't think he wants to write it. My mother in-law is a RN, and works with doctors (obviously), and she said she could write it. Is that terrible of me! Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

This does make you sound like shady Katie. Whilst I have no experience of the US medical or insurance system I am sure that the letter will be verified in some way or another.

Imagine the consequences for both yourself and your MIL if you are found out. I imagine you could both end up with a criminal record or worse and your MIL probably risks losing her licence.

This is NOT the way to go.
