Can't seem to find a good protein drink

I've tried Isopure, and soy Protein () The Isopure I didn't care much for the taste and the soy is SO gritty I can't stand it. I was considering the nectar by Syntax. Anyone have any reviews on it? I'm open for ANYTHING at this point just as long as it's not the shakes. Those taste icky to me.

Thanks,

Lindsey

I think the Inspire line by Bariatric Eating is very, very good.

I'd steer clear of more than a serving of soy per day; soy Protein isolate, in particular, is linked to various health issues.

I like unjury. Chocolate with whole milk tastes just like a melted Wendy's frosty to me. The chicken soup wasn't bad either. I wouldn't do it every day but for a change I liked it.

today I went into 7-eleven, saw they had RTD Muscle Milk. I picked two up. one vanilla creme and one chocolate.

the vanilla creme was delicious. tasted like a melted down vanilla milk shake. haven't opened the chocolate yet.

i could definitely see drinking this as meal supplement and being satisfied. so yummy

You might want to check out the calories and fat on the RTD Muscle Milk. I saw them this week when I was looking for something at the conveneince store and they had like 250 calories. Muscle Milk makes a lower calorie version which I though tasted fine.
