Can stress inhibit weight loss

Stress is so prevalent in my life and I see that it triggers the urge to eat. I think it probably does for others as well but could use a kind word of support.

My life is stress, so I understand where you are coming from. However, it has the opposite effect on my appetite. I just don't eat. I think I ate twice last month due to constant stress that I deal with. I hope someone can chime in and be more helpful.

:sad:Thanks anyways for answering. I guess I am so tired out from years of stress and feeling a bit under appreciated for well intentioned efforts. What's the phrase "sometimes it's hard to be a woman"

I know the feeling.
