Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor So many questions and feeling lost...

I am looking for someone who is at least a bit more experienced in post-op than I am. I was banded at the end of March 2010. I still have trouble figuring out if I am satisfied, getting into exercise, and finding the "right" frame of mind. I am happy with my choice, but often discouraged. Is there anyone who might be able to lend a hand?
