Who do I talk to? Who do I ask for? I have no clue where to begin. I'm very good at being persistant.

Yes, I have a doctor, I have done the seminar, consultation, now just gathering all that ins requests. It is excluded from my policy but I have heard that you can fight that. I am just so scared they won't approve it!!!! I want my ducks in a row so that if it comes back denied that I am prepared for the next step. I really want this I have been heavy for a very long time and tried so many things that I am at my witts end...Thank you for all of your help.
