I have my first appt tomorrow to get things started...

And I'm so nervous already! My BMI is 36.6 but I have high blood pressure and sleep apnea. Per my insurance company all you have to have is a BMI of 35 with EITHER high bp or sleep apnea- you don't have to have both. So I'm assuming I'll qualify but I'm sure it's not that simple now is it?

Are there any questions in particular that I should be asking tomorrow?

Well, Sorry I didn't get to your post sooner. I hope all went well. Sometimes insurance companies require a doc supervised diet for 6 months before they will approve. You can just give them a call and ask. Let us know how it went.
