My paperwork was submitted on Wednesday June 2nd and I was approved on Thursday June 3rd. Can't wait to have my surgery scheduled!

I received my approval letter today!! I met with the surgeon on May 24th and the approval letter is dated May 27th. I so excited, my surgery date is scheduled for June 17th. My insurance is Oxford. I've have been on liquids for 3 days now and have lost 5lbs already. Good luck to all those still waiting for their approval.

My husband and daughter were approved through my insurance within 4 months of starting the process. My daughter surgery was in December 2009 and my husband was January 2010. We have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.
