Down 4 lbs this week. I am very happy with that. Maybe by next week I will be out of the 300's!!! Anyonw know why the spreadsheet is not updating my weight and lbs lost? I had to re-enter my weight loss from last week too.

I fixed it--the formula was filled down in your cell.

Yeah down 5.2! I am so glad since no loss last week. If I have good loss this week I am going to go back up to 20lbs as my goal. TOM is here so I am hoping that it is even more than 5.2lbs:thumbup:

I got my ticket out of Bandster Hell (got my 1st fill on Monday). After gaining 1.5 when I got on the scale before the fill, I've loss 4.6 since Monday afternoon:thumbup::o. I'm hoping the restriction stays as long as possible. Looks like my 20lb goal is going to happen. Thanks for all the support.

I forgot to say I'm joining in! :o So, hello everyone and good luck

No fills for me yet, only 2 1/2 weeks out from surgery and my hunger pains are back with a vengeance, but the weight is coming off still. Hoping to lose 15lbs.

I have been playing around with the same three pounds for a month now! C'MON! I just got my Fill #4 a week ago, and I feel the beginnings of restriction, so I *am* happy, don't get me wrong! Even though I believe slow and steady wins the race, I am just so anxious for that sweet spot!

I too have been playing around with the same three pounds for over a month. It's annoying. I think inches are coming off, but it is frustrating to keep hitting the same lowest weight. I'm exercising like crazy to just hit a new low. My second fill is 2 weeks late, so thursday the 10th. I have 3ccs. I think I still may reach my goal if I am a little more successful after this next fill.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
