No sugar added popsicles-anyone know if can have preop?

The sugar free popsicles that are natural that are sugar free with splenda and 15 calories..anyone know if these are OK pre op?

the reason I ask is they have 7 carbs...

I just ended day 2 and am hungry of course!lol!

I was told SF popsickles were ok....if you are careful about the rest of your carbs, you should be ok....if curious call your dietician.

I was told that I could have them as long as they were sugar free - but that I could not have no sugar added. Good Luck!

Yes, the sugar-free ones are okay.

Your subject line refers to no-sugar-added popsicles, though---and they often are NOT okay for the preop diet.

So do what you've done, and continue to read labels :thumbup:
