hurts to eat? not a lot of restriction.

ok so i am at 5.5cc's in a 12 CC band. ever since this last fill i have a hard time eating without it either getting stuck, or hurting. now, i know first thing that come to mind is, too tight. but.. i doubt thats it. i still can eat a decent amt of food.. it's just that if i don't chew enough or eat certain things it gets stuck and hurts to go down... but when i eat mushy foods, it still hurts.. and i can still get a decent amt in...this just doesn't make sense. the pain goes away once it passes through the stoma. thats what it seems like to me. it's hard to explain. but i feel like the restriction is fine.. but why do i have pain? i can't imagine my whole life like this.. any ideas? this happening to anyone else?

wow. thanks! hope you feel better.

I went thursday for a .4cc unfilll which brought me to 5.1cc. My dr says if stuff dont sit well after you eat you need less fluid in the band. He advices his patients not to torture there selves by trying to old out without getting unfill. Being to tight can cause more problems in the long run. You could make your asaphagase swell. Not really sure if that is spelled right though. My band is still a little tight but i'm going to give it a try for awhile.
