I have a cold and just lost my lunch ... sound normal?

Okay, so my cold is better ...had it since Tuesday ... stayed home Wednesay back to work Thursday ... I still have a lot of mucous ... especially today. Tried to eat my lunch and work at the same time (was on the phone with the travel agent) had to hang up and literally RUN to the bathroom to give up what little of my lunch I had eaten. Is this because I am full of mucous? This is the first time I have had an episode like this. My lunch was a Lean Cuisine with soft noodles and soft chicken. Whew! I don't want to do that again. Think I'll do protein drinks for the next day or so ... what do you think? Ever had this happen when you have a cold?

I've had a cold for the past month. I'm starting to think it's not a cold anymore, lol. Anyway, during a cold you do end up swallowing a lot of phlegm. So, perhaps, since phlegm is sticky and kind of thick, it could cause you pouch to be somewhat full? That's just a theory though.

I hope your cold goes away! They are the pain in the butt. :frown:

When I am congested due to cold or allergies I can not eat as much and have to be more careful, not sure why congestion makes the band tighter but it seems to be the case.

Thanks for responding ... I appreciate your input. This cold has been H*LL!

I have bronchitis right now and lost my dinner tonight during a severe bout of hacking this evening. It's not unusual for me to PB (it's not really vomiting) while I'm sick and have lots of coughing and mucus.:cursing:
