Intolerance of sour cream?

I put sour cream(low fat) in my refried Beans and my chili. I have not been able to eat either of these things. At first I thought it was because they were too dense, now I wonder if it is because of the sour cream.

I plan to try the beans with out the sour cream to see, but wondered if you had an intolerance to foods you were surprised at.

Before my unfill I was not able to eat salty food, after my unfill/refill I am able to now eat them again.

I have foods that I can't eat for a few weeks and then all of a sudden, I can eat them again. I don't understand it but just accept it.
