saying goodbye to a BMI of 40 and over

Met and beat my goal of 248 (246 this morning!!!! ) that brings me into the 30's for BMI. I NEVER liked the term morbidly obese......GOODBYE...adios.....chow baby!!!!!

Next goal...231.....onward and downward....

wooooohooooo....yeah for me :wink:

Yippee!!!! i just got under BMI 40 at this morning weight also. What a wonderful feeling.....Congrats everyone

Wow congratulations! You just really put all of this into perspective for me. I have been so focused on the weight loss that I didn't look at BMI. When I started I was at 44.9 BMI and I am now at 38.4. Still way too high but it is dropping and I am healthier! Thanks for the perspective check!!
