month to LOVe myself FEB 2010 getting banded

Hi All,

My name is Lisa and I've got a date set with Dr.Corvala at the Hospital Angeles in Tijuana, Mexico, for a band!

FEB 23 2010!

I'm travelling there from Alberta, CANADA with my hubby and I'm very excited!

I have actually chosen the new Realize C-band, for myself.

Getting nervous but can't wait!

Not much more time! You're traveling quite a ways to get your band. What are you going to do for aftercare?

Hiya!

My physician here will look after me, and I have a list of fill places close by as well. I plan on my first fill at the surgeon himself, then we'll see what he and my doctor come together on.

There are also 2 surgeons that do this procedure very close to me in our capital city. In my province, there's just a very long wait due to how the Gov't health care system runs it. (4 years last i checked)I have the option to go elsewhere if I choose. Anything after that I will have my own healthcare setup to cover me. All the legwork was done, I am quite a nerd when it comes to details!!!

PM me if you like, there may be something you feel I am overlooking!

You're progress is great! Any feedback is definitely nice!

thank you for the comments!

:( I just wanted to make sure that you had a fill doc arranged. I've heard that a lot of surgeons are reluctant to do fills on people they didn't actually operate on (or really give any after care at all), which can be a problem. I'm glad you thought it through and have something arranged.

I don't know about general advice (I'm kind of bad at that type of thing), but if you have any questions please let me know and I'll answer as best I can!
