Fibromyalgia/SLE Suffers Sound Off!!

Somebody....anybody w/fibro, please tell how you manage the excercise. Please tell me the pain lessens as the pounds come off and has your weightloss been at a snails pace?

My wife has Fibro and she using swimming as here primary exercise. She finds that helps the most.

I have fibromyalgia and CFS. I find it very hard to exercise and it is even worse in the winter months.

Walking seems to work the best. I have found that the fibro pain decreases when my general life stress decreases. I have also had trouble because after being banded we are not supposed to take NSAIDS.
