Fabulous Feburay bandsters 2009--it's been a year!

Hello fabulous February bandsters!

I know you're out there, so let's here from you! How are things as we Celebrate our bandiversaries? Remember what it was like? What's it like now? Any regrets? Glad you did it? I am!

Looking forward to hearing from you all,

Debbie

Debbie, what a great idea to post this! Us feb 09 bandsters may not post much but we're definitely here.

I haven't had much success yet with my band, but I think it because I haven't reached that key fill level. I've been a painfully slow loser, and haven't really lost more that 5 or so pounds since June. Hopefully that will change soon. Admittedly, I still do the whole emotional eating thing once in a while, but far less than I ever did a year ago. So I guess that's a score for me.

I can't wait to hear from other Fabulous February Bandsters!

Babe, those are five pounds you won't see again, and no matter how small the weight loss seems, it's still a victory! So good for you!

I haven't lost as much as I'd hoped too, either, because like you, I haven't always made the best food choices. But you know what? I'm still glad I have this band; it's the best thing I could have done for myself. Besides, there are always those nonscale victories.

Congrats! Feb 09rs...lol I am happy I was able to do the surgery and even though I have been discouraged due to the super slow loss, I would do it again!

ButterflyGrl, I feel the same way. I haven't lost as much as I'd hoped to by this time, but I'm glad I got banded!

Saahney, I know it's been a while, but how did your fill go?

Debbie
