I still am interested in hearing some inspirations stories because I love music. Another milestone in my music life was when I heard Delirious (sp?) by Prince. Then I saw a picture and I have been in love with his since . I mean in love with him. My hubby is even jealous. This is sort of x rated but I wanted to put Prince when we were getting "busy" and hubby said no F****** way because you will be thinking of him. He knows me. edie

Well it is aup/sept and I am past my grumpy stage. When I get in the chat room I just take a deep breath and try to be helpful now. I ask some hard questions and make some even harder suggestions and I have inspired some people. JillPill is an example for one. I just consider my grumpy stage part of the stages of being a bandster. edie

I just recieved from my "club" the new Prince Planet Earth and all the rest of Missy Elliot cd's I really like hers. A new fantastic friends just burned me some cd's of some beloved Hawian singers. One is named Bruddah Iz , check him out on youtube. The other name is Kealii Reichell. I look foward to exploring them. IZ's music is so happy and uplifting and peaceful. I am a head banger mostly so I love opening a new door in my music house. edie

I am still having great success with my maintenance . Now my weight moves around 138 to 142. It feels so good to be on the slim side of the fence. edie

Well I want to give an update on my loved ones. A year and 2 month after my banding my cousin approached me about weight loss. I was thrilled. She is starting her upteenth diet plan. She had lost 50 lbs last summer /fall and has put it back on. From 286 /236 . I gave her advice that her insurance would pay for the band and the procedure with her insurance took a year, so look into it and back out if she wanted to what would it hurt? There is also a medically supervised diet program at out local hospital and she agreed for us to go and listen about the program together in two weeks. Not sign up just listen. I was happy she came to me with her questions and wanting support. I love her and I know at 286 she is headed for diabetes like I developed. So I will support her with exercise and suggestions because she wants it now. She approached me. NO BROW BEATING just loving help. edie

Yes. After a month I was okay. I had a musical instrument from my hiney. Very little odor . I was lucky I guess. edie

NO ONE may care. I have been doing great on maintenance. I have a part-time job during the day. I have added a part-time job at night now. I have so much energy with all this weight off I had to do something with it. I go to the chat room more now. I need to add to the posts but it is what it is. I never want to forget this site because it helped me so much. The only support group was 2 hours away . This site was my support . I am enjoying my life so much with a handle on my addiction. edie;)

I am so happy for you. I don't know how much a stone is. It sounds like a lot. Woo Hoo for you. edie

Yes mine growled and I could never figure out if was my big tummy or little tummy growling. It was like I had a tiger in my tank. It lasted for 4 weeks after surgery. It was very noisy. I was noisy with gas too. That lasted a month too. FYI. edie

I am so glad you are a better looking and healthier person . I have been at goal for 6 months and still feel that high for getting to goal. edie

I am current on Showtime BB. I cannot tell if the house is going to vote out danny or dick. I think Dick won Pov. So I guess he will take off danny. Some are guessing he might save himself. I am embarrassed as a human being on how bad dick is treating everyone but danny. He told dustin he is going to take it easy on everyone but now does it when danny is not around. He is going so low on what he is saying. edie

I havent watched last nights showtime but the reading they put accross the screen says that amber called out eric for talking about her personal like to others in house (her abortions) . I think eric is leaving tonight. edie

That I used to be a head ((into drugs (never addicted )) and dropped them cold turkey 15 years ago when my company gave a six month warning for random drug tests. edie

I eat cheese too with no problem. Just eat it slowly and chew . edie

Eric is sure flapping his jaws. He is doing everything in his power to stay. I think it is driving the house crazy. Kail should go home for her sanity. Danota daughter is crying because no one visits her in hoh room. Ha. She should be scared .

If you want to do this, you can. If you don't want to meet your goals you won't. I had my hungry times and I had to eat a lot of sf popsicles to get past it. edie
