  1. juligirl01/Bike LBT 9-22 - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting The picture putting in feature on here is different today than it was yesterday. Go figure.
  2. Why is it so hard for us to take compliments?! I had a friend say, "You're pretty." I replied,"Not really." She said, "The right thing to say is 'Thank You'." I said sheepishly, like a scolded child, "Thank You." She smiled and said, "Now, was that so hard?!" Lesson learned! I do that all the time now with others.
  3. Wadew Oh my yes you can see the difference! And aren't you a cutie pie. Juli
  4. HP, I think I have your work email and accedently didn't save your home email. Send it to me again, pretty please. I'll send the pictures tonight.
  5. Vomiting happens I know. But what was different is that before at the first sign I'd throw up once, wait an hour do it again and maybe an hour later once more. (I'm talking stomach flu here.) Since being banded at hour one I'd feel ill but not produce anything at hour 2 the same thing; no vomit, I'd feel worse. At hour three I violently spilled the entire contents of my stomach. Sex happened when it felt better than it hurt. About the end of week 2. My daughter was 5 and I told her leading up the surgery that I wasn't going to be able to carry her. I gave her extra pick ups and we had a ceremonious one last carry. She got it later when I said, "remember I can't carry you now?" The last super thing held no appeal for me because I knew and now KNOW that there isn't a thing out there I can't put in my mouth now. So I just tried to get the nutrition I needed. As for your insurance and self pay questions, I'm clueless. And I'd not stick my stuff on my insurance's website. If you need to track you info, create a word document or something and do it that way. Just one girl's opinion.
  6. Don't hate me because I'm beautiful! Really, I'm average and I'm sure you're average...most people are. And don't knock the blah, blah, blah of feeling better and moving more comfortably in your body. That gives you confidence and that is sexy.
  7. Ground Up Bologna is fantatic in its awesomeness. I think it would do well between two slices a floppy white bread too. That would be an excellent squishy sandwich.
  8. <p>DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD The shirts didn't work out...No one brought and iron and then I the Uber Dumbass got the iron-ons all wet, and seeing that they are ink jet, they ran and got ruined. I gave mine to BG because she's the T-shirt slut. I'll be dropping yours off in the mail tomorrow still though. Yeah, like HP said we parted ways about half way through, we just have different styles of riding. But that we were there together at the beginning and at the end to woot woot each other is what's important. HP- Leslee was a sweetheart, really. Zoe is no worse for all the sugar and the dirt comes off eventually, doesn't it? I scrubbed her down today but I swear her knees are still a mess. On that note, with all her falling off her bike and all the bug bites her legs look horrible! She has a well check in the morning and I'm mortified! My doc is going to think I beat her! I wish we'd gotten a group shot too! :cry Next time!!!
  9. Think of it as a caves picture. Look at your rock hard legs! And your ass isn't big. Ask Alison. She called you tiny, remember. As for the shirt I thought that was intentional. I don't know what you kids today wear. JC, you are one hot dude. HP, are you home yet? D and B we missed you.
  10. I sigh...and I know. If I eat beyond that sigh I hurt. It only takes a few times of pain or PBing to learn. negative reinforcement at its best.
  11. Only because I know you've posted other pictures on here do I post these now. Otherwise I'd be asking permission before hand.... These were before the ride yesterday. After the ride we were too damn tired to take pictures!
  12. Thanks for posting those pics. You look great!
  13. Hi all, I just got back from rural Indiana where I biked with some folks I met here on LBT. They were cool for straight people and it was a good time. Well worth the 3+ hour drive. We did a 40 mile ride and camped...the ride was great but I never want to camp again in my life, ever. Juli the Diva
  14. I’m home earlier than expected because I inadvertently threw away the directions to my Dad’s house and my phone was dead. My name is mud with him and siblings, but I wasn’t about to drive to southwest Indiana and lost out in the sticks, again. Really I feel horrible about it, but I didn’t know what to do. Everyone’s numbers are in my phone and I was too tired to problem solve my way out it. So I drove home. Like BG, my directions to the campsite had me run into a dead end road. I was tooling around rural Indiana in the dark Friday night and not very happy about it. Biking in rural Indiana is beautiful. I like it much better in the light of the day. We all hit it off really well and JC isn’t as creepy at all. That was mean. I never thought he’d be creepy. He is pretty funny and full of good stories. Traci (HP) and her husband are also great to sit around a fire with and hear their stories. Half of which it HP swears her husband makes up. It’s pretty cute. When their daughter chimes in too, to the family tales, it makes for a great time. Stacy (BG) is a smart ass. ODB fell off her car on the way there. We need to have a memorial service for him. Our little girls got along well, which was fantastic. Okay about the ride. It was rolling for the most part but the hills weren’t too steep. There were a few long stretches that were flat. There were also some parts that were gravel which I think is poor planning on the part of the ride coordinators because those SUCKED ASS. That’s a quote from Stacy. We saw a bra on the side of the road. 150 feet later we saw matching panties. Makes you wonder…We saw many horses and other agri businesses. We maneuvered around lots of horse shit and road kill. We were in Amish country and passed a few people driving by in buggies. The ride was cool. BG and HP did their first 40!!! JC died at 30 which is respectable considering the man has never even seen a hill before, let alone ride one. I’d ride with these fine folks again in a heartbeat. However, next time I’m staying at a hotel.
  15. I'm leaving work today at 2:30!!!!!!!!! I'll be there earlier than I thought.
  16. Maziemommy Good use of the smilies. Well done.
  17. I smell like a fryer. Long story, but I was frying okra of all things for the last hour. Ugh.
  18. Hi Catchup Don't let those dogs keep you in the house! If you see one coming at you yell. "NO!" in a big loud mean voice. Most dogs know, "no". Keep us posted with your progress!
  19. sunblock? OH no! I'm gonna have to borrow some. I do have the bug spary!
  20. And that's just too much of a lure not to have me send out one more...... Night t night.
  21. but two more posts will put me over 1000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  22. We have a bunch of movies too, though Zoe is going through a huge Pokemon phase right now. Does Korrine like Pokemon? Z loves kids that are older than her, she gets this reverance for them or something. She's all about meeting K too. btw, great name! I'm loggin off now and going to bed. BG, it's going to be just the two of us on line tomorrow. Not including B and D, which makes me thing of bondage and disapline....JC and HP will be on the road!
  23. Yeah, I have it charging now
  24. JC, you better get your ass in the car tonight. Hello. I mean if the kid is okay and all. I decided to pay the day of the ride because I wasn't sure if Alison was going to go or not. I'd rather pay a few bucks more than lose her entire fee...you know what I mean? I just realize that we've not even talked on the phone. Or I've not talked to you crazies on the phone...I don't think your psycho or anything, but how odd. I PMed you all with my cell. I've got D's in my phone so we can call her at 7 Saturday morning, 5 her time to tell her we're on our way! Just Kidding! Woo HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooo
