I am feeling so run down lately. Its put a crimp in my exercise but not with my eating (thankfully). I'm trying to keep up my protein level. I've also been taking my mulit-vitamin every day. I'm starting to wonder if I'm anemic. How often do you get a blood work-up or vitamin check? I think I'll need to call my dr. or surgeon's office for a test. The last time they tried to draw blood, none would come out. Vampire I'm not.

Definitely watch the alcohol. When you're out, think of yourself as the designated driver. A DD doesn't drink plus there's always water.

Its easy to say "keep your chin up" but hard to do. Know there are people who here on LBT that will listen. Do the best you can and don't beat yourself up. Babs
  21. You are NOT a failure or a loser! Get those thoughts out of your head right now! That's an order! You and I are pretty much even on weight. Its taken me 9 months to drop 25lbs. I'm a slow loser and just have to live with it. You're right, eating to stop being hungry has been my downfall. Once I got it thru my dense head that the band wasn't the only way to get the weight off, I changed my food. I know I have to eat protein so I keep deli turkey, string cheese and hummus in the fridge at all times. Its a physical and mental game. Keep playing and don't throw in the towel.

    Glad you are feeling better.
  23. I truly and happy for you....embrace yourself!
  24. Stop beating yourself up. You'll be fine. Get back to the shakes. If you are still worried, give your dr. a call.
  25. I'm a Business major and finding a job is next to impossible. Fortunately for me, my full time job is to be a mom. Let's hope the G-20 can behave like adults and not a bunch of children.
