Oh, don't let those feeling of defeat get to you before your journey has really started. You are a pretty new bandster. Go get fills! Get fills until you feel restriction. Then after you reach your sweet spot......tell me how you feel then. Give your band a chance. You have a tool in your body now, get it filled so it will work for you. It took 4 fills for me to reach a level that I am thinking will be good to stay at for a while. My weight loss has been slow, but remember this is a slower weight loss. Hang in there and blog your heart out!

I know it takes several fills for some to feel real restriction. Keep at it. Blogging helps me stay focused and encouraged. Good luck!

Don't stop your journey before it begins. I just had mine in August and trust me you will begin to see the difference. For me it took for them to release me to begin working out. Don't give up hope yet, it may take a few fills to get to the right spot. Keep your head up and know that it will pay off in the long run.

egomez; call the doc, make an appointment for a fill. If you have one already, make an appointment to talk about what's going on and ask why it's it working?

Make up a questionnaire sheet for him/her about your concerns, be prepared for the appointment.

Maybe you need to speak to the nutritionist?

You've come all this way, don't give up yet!
