Hi, I am new to this forum....I was banded two years ago (July 2007) and have lost 40 lbs. with 25 more to go....My concern is that I am not eating healthy at all....during the day I am able to eat very little- maybe a small piece of cheese or a few crakers or quarter cup of yogurt, maybe, some times I throw that up out of discomfort- NO fruits or veges....then by evening, about 8 it is like my port-hole in my stoach opens and I can eat- not always but half the time anyway.
