Feeling Defeated
Don't feel defeated. Take this as a lesson learned and move on towards a positive place. I'm not big on carbs anyway, but find recipes for dishes you like that are low in carbs. Instead of Fettuccine Alfredo made with Pasta, use Zoodles (zucchini noodles). Find a way to transform your old habits to create healthy new ones. You got this... Chin up, work on getting your 90g of Proteins and plenty of water and you'll be dropping that 20 in no time.

Cheese Cravings?
My palate and sense of smell has definitely changed post surgery. I could smell the peas and taste just the peas from a vegetable chicken soup. Yesterday that same soup it was only the celery (oh and it was strained both times). My sense of smell is also suddenly out of this world. Cheese is my weakness, I love cheese... But I don't think I'm craving it more than before. But what I wouldn't give for a slice of cheese right now haha

DIET AFTER THREE MONTHS POST OP
I recently found Pinterest to be a huge help as well. I've typed in Bariatric Diet, Gastric Sleeve and other items but there are a ton of great recipes. If you are staying low carb, try some of the Keto recipes too. There are some delicious recipes out there.

Logging your daily intake of food and etc.?
@AJP you can close out under 1000 cals, but it won't "calculate" projected weight loss: Here is what premium offers. I use the macronutrients by gram the most. I set daily goals even individual meal goals, so I focus on max carb intake between breakfast and lunch (as that's when your body is the most active and burns most cals) and focus on increased protein at dinner. Logging your daily intake of food and etc.?
I use MFP daily, I've been using it off / on for years. This past year I upgraded to get the added benefits. I try to log everything, I forget sometimes, but especially now after surgery, I find it important to log everything to know if I'm meeting my protein goals especially. Sometimes it seems cumbersome, but the one thing I learned this past year on that start of this new lifestyle is my body definitely reacts differently to some foods. And if not for MFP, I probably wouldn't have caught it. I think you just have to find the app that works best for you. I also chose MFP because it's compatible with my fitness tracker so logging exercise it pretty much automatic.

3 days post op, could eat a horse.
I admire your willpower. I got on the scale today and it didn't budge from yesterday. It reminded me that I really need to just step back and let my body do the healing and the weight will shed on it's own. My goal now is to stay away from it until Sunday. Crossing fingers I can keep my own challenge.

@macadamia, Quaker Oats has an instant oatmeal that is labeled "weight control" - I think it's really just less sugar. But some of the flavors are tasty.

Failing
Do you cook? Make some homemade bone broth soups. You can get a good amount of protein from the liquid broth and it's not sweet. I also found on Amazon and BariatricPal store some soups to mix with water. They have high protein and taste OK

2 Week Liquid Diet -Millie's Sipping broth is life!
I found mixing lipton cup of soup (less noodles) with bariwise (found on amazon) chicken soup mix was filling and provided the protein I needed. I did the same thing with cream of broccoli soup (strained). It was a way to get "real" flavor and my protein from liquids in.

Terrified of puréed phase
I struggle with the water portion of my goals and anything that's cold or room temperature. It takes me 3-4 hours to drink 11oz protein shake because it feels like a brick in my belly. Water is worse. The only thing that has worked for me is hot broth. It's been my best friend and has gotten me through this past week. Just keep trying things, everyday it gets better.

What to expect??
I woke up sore, but the idea of having to stay in the hospital longer than 1-day was enough to motivate me to move. When they transferred me from recovery to my room, I got up and transferred myself. The pain was there, but take it slow. The quicker you get to walking yourself (I refused a bedpan and walked to the bathroom every time). And when they tell you to drink, drink. They gave me a log and I made sure to use it. The more you do and show you can do the quicker they are to release you. I wanted to recover in the privacy of my own home. Walking will help the gas pains, keep walking, keep drinking and log it. You got this....

I want to eat something!!!
I'm a week post and know your feeling. I finally broke this weekend and took a tsp. of peanut butter. It was just what I needed - I know I'm still two weeks from that stage, but that little bit helped me and satisfied my urges for texture other than liquid. I'll confess my sins next week at my post-op appointment but I'll admit it was what I and my body needed at that moment

3 weeks post op
watch what you're eating too. I've noticed if I mix my shake too much and create bubbles, I get the sharp gassy pains following. I've had that with a few other items. Walking and rubbing my lower back helps with moving gas or burping. I read on one of these forums that someone used a pillow at her belly and started patting herself on the back to burp. I've used my boyfriend to rub my back and that helps too.

Purée do’s and dont’s
Have you reread your plan? I keep referring back to it every time I question my food choices. At 3 weeks out, purees - you should consider soft scramble, pureed chicken / fish - there are some amazing recipes on Pintrest that I know I can't wait to try. Also, pureed vegetables, I love cauliflower mash - I'm sure you could add some protein powder to increase your protein intake with it. You can also now do more advanced soups, pureed of course. I personally am looking forward to homemade bean soup with veggies pureed of course.

I've been fortunate, for the first time ever I've had no-smell gas. So truly just air coming out.

Follow up with your surgeon just to be sure, but I'd suggest Milk of Magnesia. It's not uncommon to still not have gone at this point, but much longer you will definitely want to seek medical attention.

Drink water. The headache is likely dehydration. The bloated is definitely post surgery and the relief... well pure relief. Try and get some nourishment and before you know it your Dr's office will call back.

Don't freak out. Just breathe. Are you feeling weak, dizzy or any other symptoms? It's possible it's perfectly normal. Don't forget they removed 85% of your stomach, I'm sure that has some weight to it. And maybe your body is just healing more quickly. - I'm sure you will be fine.

A BM weighing in at 20+lbs is still something to be quite concerned with. It was 2 days post-op that I finally had a BM (rabbit turds) and prior to it was 2-days prior to surgery. The first one is always difficult because of all the meds / fluids you've been on.

@Marisol Unda - you've lost 27lbs in 4-days? WOW! I'd definitely call your surgeon just to make sure that's normal. I've lost 9.8lbs since my surgery on 8/20 and that's with 200 - 400 kcal per day since day 3.

3 Week Post Op
@MizzNewLife, I completely agree with Russ. Your body is in a healing stage and not providing it nutrients is unhealthy too. Take each day slowly and try to increase your intake a little at a time. You'll find once your nourish your body and follow your plan the pounds will shed away.
