Cheese Cravings?

Three weeks post op tomorrow and I’m craving cheese like never before! I can have reduced low fat cheese on my plan if I chew it to death, but I’m wondering if I’m the only one who craves weird things this soon after? ???

My only cheat the first two weeks postop were a few tiny teaspoons of feta cheese crumbles bc I was craving it a ton...

I've always had a thing for cheese. Hasn't changed after the surgery. But I haven't had any unusually strong cravings for it, or anything else for that matter. So far, anyways.

Love cheese by itself and on almost everything. I don't crave it though. Cravings I get post op are of things I don't normally eat. I don't get it?

Well I have heard that does happen. A lot,of people say even water tastes sweet. Lets see if I agree after my surgery.?

My palate and sense of smell has definitely changed post surgery. I could smell the peas and taste just the peas from a vegetable chicken soup. Yesterday that same soup it was only the celery (oh and it was strained both times). My sense of smell is also suddenly out of this world.

Cheese is my weakness, I love cheese... But I don't think I'm craving it more than before. But what I wouldn't give for a slice of cheese right now :) haha

Odd but I Do Believe You!
