  1. Wow, you are sooo close! Feel free to winge a little. We all know how hard those last few pounds can be.

Wow, no bulges, no ripples, no squishies! You rocked that outfit!
  4. That does look amazing for airline food!
  5. Do you still have your gall bladder?
  6. Orchids&Dragons replied to sillykitty's topic in The Lounge
    Very cute!
  7. Ooooh, your stomach will still churn - take my word on it!
  8. I really loved soups/stews after surgery. Here were some of my faves and most freeze beautifully into single servings for work. Remember, even if it is a regular soup (I loved roasted red pepper/tomato, for example, you can always stir in some unflavored protein powder before you heat it up to increase the protein level. (If you wait until it's hot, it may clump.)) Also, in the beginning, sub out ground meats for whatever is called for in the recipe. https://www.skinnytaste.com/cheeseburger-soup/ https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=419550 https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=790044&utm_campaign=recipe-of-the-day&utm_medium=email&utm_source=sparkpeople https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/white-bean-chicken-chili
  9. If you're a Chai tea drinker, try that with the vanilla premier protein - YUM!!!

  11. Wow, it's all so different. I was allowed protein waters right after my revision and shakes within a couple of days.

That dress is a stunner! Rock that bod!
  14. Thank you. I'm going to check it out.
  15. OMgosh, I have definitely been there:
  16. Your fluids are absolutely critical. Worry about meals as you progress. Use shakes/protein waters to knock out the biggest part of your requirements since they're "2-fers" and you can count them for both protein and liquid. They're especially useful when you've gotten behind. Good luck!
  17. GT's surgery is today. Haven't heard back from her yet.
  18. Oh, my, I'm so sorry you're going through this. Best wishes that you get sorted out soon.
