  1. Lean meats. 4 oz of ground 99% lean ground turkey is 28 g and 3 oz of grilled chicken is 26 g. They make turkey jerky too which is like 9 g an ounce
  2. I’d ask your nutritionist . With my plan I ate haddock with no problem. I just this week tried shrimp at 7+ months out and it went ok but they were the really small mini shrimp. I’d be hesitant to eat lobster or mussels etc just because they’re hard to chew to mush and I’d imagine them getting stuck Good luck
  3. Hang in there.... you’ll feel better around day 5
  4. Don’t stress! And you’ve lost over 30 lbs in just over 3 weeks!! That’s 10 lbs a week!
  5. I went to soft food a few days out of surgery- you should be fine. Just be careful it’s really soft and it’s mostly about letting your stomach heal at that stage and not popping staples or whatever they use inside your stomach. Get all the yucky yummy food out of your house lol. This is hard enough without temptations around
  6. I guess it depends on what your goal is or how much you want to lose? I chose bypass for max loss quicker ( although sleeve can slower people have lost equal weight in long run), also BC I had reflux . I also saw many converting from sleeve to bypass and I didn’t want two surgeries to be a possibility at all. So I guess it depends on your preference and medical factors. Plenty of people with both surgeries here with a lot of success. Good luck with your decision.
  7. Stuff works wonders in a few hours :)
  8. What everyone else already said. Be careful with your high sugar intake.... really is a bad idea and I’m sure there are other alternatives your can try? Hate to see you have surgery and then go backward after hard work. Good luck
  9. Congrats! Hard work paid off -and you look amazing !
  10. It’s bad Kay lol like concave ?butt. But I’ll take it over fat ass ?
  11. Good luck ! Get up and moving ASAP when it’s over! Helps!
  12. Good luck today! It’s over before you mow it and by day 4 or 5 gas pains etc are gone -ish and you’re on your way!
  13. I’m just over 7 months. Hang in there- it’ll move quickly and it’s fun figuring out new foods !
  14. Ate one of these for dinner. Ridiculously yummy. Zucchini slice on bottom... chicken, tomatoes, onion, spices (like a spicy chicken salsa) on top.
  15. As most of us do too often.... needed to shop again today for pants!! (Suffer from noassatall disease) To my shock.... a TWO in pants and s shirt??!!?? Holy crap! Never did I think I’d see this size ! ☺️?
  16. They stink but just try to remember that they break eventually and usually with a decent drop . Hang in there!
