3 month stall?

Is that a thing? I had my 3 month appointment a couple weeks ago and the scale. won't. budge.

I'm losing and gaining the same 5 lbs over and over.

Working on upping calories, making sure I get my protein and water, and upping my exercise.

Anyone have any other tips?

  • Stalls happen all over the place, outside of what you stated you were increasing... that's really it, just stay focused, stay on track and keep doing everything you are supposed to. You could be losi

  • Thanks to you both--I'll keep riding it out

  • I am! Trying to remember that that is a key. I actually just put on a dress this morning that I might have to retire, or at least belt! Haha!

Are you at least getting good tape measure results? I care more about that than the weight.

I have been stuck the last couple of weeks myself but my inches have been dropping. I am around 4 months. It is pretty normal and it shall pass. :)

It's real common for the scale and the tape to move independently. So long as you'e getting results somewhere, rejoice!

My weight stalled for about 16 days prior to my 3 month mark; now it's dropped seven pounds. I was getting worried too, but it got moving again. Water, walking, rest, protein. Nothing changed.

Stalls suck, but they do pass.
