Ok ... this is a whole different ball game! Way more complex then swapping out some implants!! The only advice I have is put a blindfold on Mr. F, if that is what it takes, and have yourself a proper workout ?
  2. I need more Peruvian food in my life ?
  3. There is actually a whole fat romaine head packed into the bottom of the container! But, yeah, the sizes and ratios are off for a bariatric patient vs. your average active guy.

Lol ... and even if it were possible, I don't think my walks to the dry cleaners count, right?? ?

You look great, and totally skinny minnie! Why wait on the capsular contracture? Wouldn't getting tattoos before having the implants swapped out be backwards? My LBL is far more affordable than I was expecting ... so maybe even without insurance it could be a consideration?

It wasn't karma @Cheeseburgh, being in a football-less town until recently has left me without any NFL loyalties. ?

Same here. I have a pic of myself in a dress in March that fit perfectly. Same weight, 9 months later, it is too loose on me.
  8. @AZhiker This is probably going to come out sounding a whole lot harsher than I intend it to. My apologies up front. I'm going to blame on it being Monday morning I keep losing weight, even with a much higher carb intake II am eating lots of carbs, getting plenty of fat, I don't even count anymore I cannot tell you how many calories I am eating now - .... It seems pointless to count I think in order to figure this out, you really, really need to log and track calories and macros. Terms like "a lot" and "plenty" are meaningless. For some people that might mean 40 g, for others it might mean 400 g. I cannot eat any more calories. just eat as much food as I can, making sure it is all healthy and nutritionally dense. Each day I eat at least 2 pounds of veggies/fruit (mostly veggies), I'm just not sure about what to do at this point to keep from losing. Can't think of more calorie dense foods, except for adding sugar I can't really change it to make it more at this point. I have read your Plant Based Diet Thread, and your example menus. It doesn't look to me like you are maximizing our calories. By eating as many veggies as you do, you are not leaving room for more calorie dense food. For example you listed a stew eaten over zoodles. Why not brown rice? There are lots of calorie dense food that aren't sugar. A cup of almonds eaten throughout the day would be easy to fit in, and that is over 800 calories. Honestly, when you're eating Budda Bowls, and then eating squash and broccoli if you have room after, you know that is not how you stop weight loss. Maybe I need to do the opposite, since increasing calories seems to help a lot of people get past stalls, maybe I need to drastically cut calories and let my metabolism think it is going into starvation mode. Very small sample size here, but @ms.sss and I both see the scale drop when we eat below our BMR for more than a couple of days. IME, eating less calories would be the opposite of what you need to do. Also, even if this were possible, would you want to purposefully set your BMR low? That seems like a poor strategy long term. You need to figure out what your approximate BMR is. That is your starting point. You are flying blind until you do so.

    Football ? Brunch
  10. Thanks! Got them, arriving tomorrow!
  11. I'm considering it practice in case, god forbid, I should ever need to watch what I eat again! ?
  12. While I stock my bf (I mean @GreenTealael ?) up with healthy meals, this is the kind of bs I actually eat.
  13. One last meal prep for @GreenTealael ? Autumn Salad (Smoked Turkey, Apples, Dried Cranberries, Sunflower Seeds & Goat Cheese with Romaine)
  14. Meal prep for the bf again, non bariatric portions Even though the weather doesn't really turn here, my menu is feeling very fall-ish Pork Roast, Cauliflower Stuffing, Roasted Garlic Brussel Sprouts, Mashed Kobacha Squash (how did I not know about his squash, delicious!) (still loving my sous vide) Cauliflower Gnocchi, Sausage, Spinach with Romesco Sauce Acorn Squash Stuffed with Italian Sausage, Quinoa & Kale, with Broccoli
  15. Do you think this is a transfer addiction, or a return of your past addiction? If you wouldn't have had WLS, do you think you would have taken the cigarette from that tall dark Italian gentleman? If you wouldn't have had WLS, if you did take that cigarette, wouldn't it have been easier for it to be one & done? Doesn't really matter, you still have a battle to fight rather it's transfer addiction or regular old addiction. Just curious your thoughts ... Either way, I wish you the best in overcoming it!
  16. I agree, I think there is less of a risk of negatively affecting plastics results with minor weight gain. IMO losing more weight after plastics would be more detrimental. The strange thing is, I have seemingly lost fat, while the scale hasn't moved (and without working out)
  17. I had originally planned to get plastics about 10 months post up, after reaching goal. The timing didn't work out, so I pushed it back a year. I am so grateful I did so. I lost weight past my goal. I had intended to settle at 140. I slid down to 125. I now fluctuate between 127-130. I have been stable in that range for 9 months now. Those last 10-15 lbs made a dramatic physical difference. Both my stomach and boobs flattened out dramatically. I went from a C to A cup, and dropped 2 pant sizes. Also, even since I have been at a stable weight, my body composition, fat distribution has shifted. I was just looking through photos and a dress I wore 7 months ago, and fit great, is now too baggy on me. My bf and I were looking through pics from a few months back, and he is convinced I have lost more weight, when in actuality I haven't. I was deeply disappointed I wasn't able to have surgery a year ago. But it turned out to be a total blessing. My results will be much better now that my body is much more settled at 22 months post op vs. 10 months.
  18. I think this sums it up. I'd make the same choice as @ms.sss, and choose inside of the arm, so it would be less visible to others. I'm curious to see how my LBL left scars heal. If they heal quickly and well, I'll consider an arm lift down the road at some point.
