Hurtful reactions to progress
It's kind of like telling someone who is struggling financially that you just won the lottery.

My GERD test is normal now what?
Wait and speak to your surgeon because they may have a way that complies the results to get insurance approval (hypothetical example: insufficient weight loss + gastritis + esophageal emptying issues) But just so that you're aware if you are converted to RNY (not DS or SIPS), the gastric emptying time may be quicker because the pyloric valve is no longer used (unless your surgeon does a pyloric valve sparing procedure - I'm not sure those are perfomed for revisions but that's something to discuss with your surgeon). Good Luck ♥️

Hurtful reactions to progress
I've learned to read the room and adjust what I divulge accordingly. Sorry you have to deal with it especially from your Mother. Since you'll probably never be able to change her or she won't admit any wrong doing, maybe you can take her responses as a barometer of how well you're doing. It's a little dark and twisty to play that kind of mind game, but try to find the silver linings and golden seams wherever you can ♥️

Always hungry...
This may just be stomach acid overproduction which can mimic hunger prompts/pains especially if carbs (like cracker & bread) stops it. Are you taking a Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI) ? You could also be facing real or head hunger. But if it a a physical feeling in the digestive system, speak to your Team and get their opinion on what to do next since you are still early post op

Strange smell and taste
I can smell thinks pretty strongly especially eggs. Also my sense of taste intensified with VSG but even further after RNY conversion. Almost everything is too salty or sweet from me. It's kind of annoying but I have learned to live with it.

Candid What do I need to Buy for the Kitchen for success
It seems you have the most important things already. I would say the blender, food journal, food scale and measuring cups are at the top of the list. They rest may just be for everyday life not specific to WLS. I assume the ice tray is for freezing soup/broth but you're probably past that stage (liquids only), so it's just for making ice now.

How hunger feels now
My hunger is also in my mouth, then to a lesser degree in how my body reacts (headache, shaky, foggy) I never get stomach hunger pains anymore probably because there isn't much stomach left ? I didn't recognize it as hunger for a long time, I thought it was just thirst and most of the time it is. Other times I must eat or I feel terrible. (Unless I'm fasting - I push right past all of these feelings)

Food Before and After Photos
Cinnamon Spice Almost Keto Pancake 2 tbsps coconut flour, 2 tbsps wheat flour, 2 tbsps water, 1 tbsp milk, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp sugar substitute, dash of salt and spices. Bigger than it looks so I ate ~1/5 and gave the rest away. I could not find a decent recipe builder to accurately give me cals for this so I'm estimating 300 cals. Rant: I officially hate coconut flour. It's too hard to work with. I have wasted so much on failed attempts. I usually have almond flour which is a lot more forgiving, but I ran out.
