  3. Congratulations on beginning your journey ❤️
  4. This is real dairy - first ingredient is cream and it melts
  5. Whipped cream! Very few cals for major decadence. Also the pumpkin spiced version tastes like a whole pumpkin pie so on coffee, yogurt, jello, etc. I imagine it would be perfect Walmart: Aldi (seasonal?) : This is a double serving of pumpkin spice (12g - 30 cals - 2 carb - 2 fat) ?
  6. Ground turkey/chicken vegan sub (tofu) VID_20201103_180025.mp4
  7. Good news: you may have been blessed with long lasting restriction! That's pretty awesome! I'd like to think that I eat more (volume) than most people on the site (but maybe not) and people still think I don't eat very much. I know I'm hyper perceptive because I was hiding it for so long. I'm still hiding it most of the time ? I don't think I could eat more than 3-4 oz of dense protein. But sliders are different. My teens say I eat like a toddler ? but they do not know about my surgeries. I take normal sized portions most of the time and when I'm done, meals either becomes leftovers or hand offs so that prevents a lot of questions. But (personally) under no circumstance will I try to eat more to assuage speculations because that would mean literally hurting myself for someone else's comfort. At that point I'd rather just tell everyone.

I'm about 5 hrs South East of East Aurora. East Aurora is close to buffalo (30 mins North West) which is basically Toronto minor ?

    This is fantastic!
  10. Sometimes pre-op diets are the hardest part of the process (especially if after you have no complications) My first WLS, no pre-op diet required but I did one for a few days because I was nervous. Second WLS it was required and I wanted to fight it every step of the way, asked my Surgeon a few times why was it needed for "me", ? Basically told me I wasnt special, everyone is going on it - even "me". So I toughed it out and it was tough. Everyday. But if taken day by day, one angry shower scream session at a time. You can do it. Don't give up.
  11. Sometimes it's both. I've seen a lot of post where people will experience eating too much or too fast and have an adverse reaction to it (discomfort, vomiting, gas, etc) So most programs advise us to eat very slowly learning when to stop instead of trying to fit it the "last bite" Other times it's learning that just because you can eat more of something doesn't mean you have to especially early on when food is measured out (if that's what your plan dictates) or years out when trying to maintain a caloric balance to remain in maintenance (no losses or gains)
  12. This brand has a lot of variety in flavors and I like them quite a bit (hence the empty bottle) There are other similar low cal/low sugar juice varieties too
  13. I feel the same way I just want what other people are having ESPECIALLY if I don't have to cook it ?
  14. There's some literature out there that explains why people see a bump in weight after heavy workouts. No need to worry ❤️
  15. Exciting times! Congratulations

    Congratulations on the new journey!
  17. I don't like the way they taste (maybe it's the fish gelatin? IDK)
