About 6 weeks ago I had 11cc in my 14 cc band and I could barely eat. I had 1 cc removed and over the last 4 weeks at .5 cc each, I had two fills and I'm back to 11cc and I have no restriction. I don't understand. What happened?

I'm sorry for your troubles during your pregnancy. I'm glad to hear that your children are doing well. I haven't had my children yet, but I just wanted to peek in and say congratulations on your twins. I hope someone can come in and help you out.

It sounds like those slim shot commercials(I think it's called slim shots) where the lady goes on a diet and the man cuts back a little and he loses more than the lady. But in anycase, I understand your frustration.

I'm at 11cc in the 14 cc band and I have some restriction. I have lost 112.5 lbs in the last two years since banding but I still carry a considerable amount of weight in my midsection. I'm hoping I do not have to max out my band to feel restriction, as I continue to lose my midsection weight.

I make turkey chili. That is soft and protein packed.

I'm a woman and I think that looks matter. I am more shallow than any man I've ever come across and I'm fine with that. Men work that way and why can't I?

I have a bowl of oatmeal in the morning and I put a scoop of unflavored protein powder in it. It's about 26 grams of protein total.
