after your surgery did you wait to smoke a ciggarette?

I quit for a month, was doing great....then I relapsed the other day....

I am over a month post op and still have not given in. I am not going to start again. If I where it would be atleast 4-6 weeks after everything is healed. Nicotine inhibits your healing ability.

Why go back to it period? You are trying to get your health in order why not include quitting smoking. You can do it!!!!
