constantly too tight!
so, every time I get a fill, I ended up getting unfilled. According to my doc I am very very sensitive. My band snaps shut! I had a fill 8 days ago, a small one. I felt my band tighten and made him take some out immediately. For 3 days I could eat a tiny tiny bit. For 2 days nothing, not even liquids would stay down. Loosened up and could eat (even steak) for 2 days. Yesterday super tight, ate a piece of cheese for Breakfast, then could not even keep liquids down, finally at midnight I was able to eat a bit of food and drink a Vitamin Water. Today everything is coming up, I drink, I have spasms and up it comes. I'm in pain, I'm miserable. Does this happen to anyone else? FYI since June I'm down from 231-185......good loss but not enough to live like this. I am in pain!

yay NSV
I am stuck between 189-194. I keep bouncing back and forth these 5 lbs... yesterday I tried on a size 11 and....they buttoned! I can comfortably wear a 13-14 if it's not juniours size. I wear a 14 skinny jeans with some waist room to spare. but size 11, ohhh it's been a while!

opinions from bandster please
So last Monday I got a whopper of a second fil (2.5cc) in addition to my first fill of 3 ccs. I was tight! did the liquids then mushies. Then started getting horribly stuck on EVERYTHING. I figured I was too tight. Waited a week. As of Tuesday, I was still stuck and pb'ing on things. S I pt myself back on liquids.... Did liquids most of yesterday. Attempted to eat a normal dinner and surprise surprise. I could eat even very soft meat. I had made an appt to get a little fill taken out, but maybe now I should just stay here. I'm eating small meals and not feeling hungry. I think maybe I was swollen from being stuck and pb'ing.... is this a normal learning curve? or should I cancel my appt....unsure of what to do. And my doc is not in until tomorrow afternoon when my appt was scheduled....

Attracting women.
I'm with Jachut on this one. Men like Vince Vaughn , Jason Segal and Seth Rogan are very appealing. They have a goofy self confidence. But I too couldn't do a 400 lbs man, not appealing to me.

Discrimination / social marginalization
I will say, men let me through doors first and hold them open for me at work and such. They never did before. But I really do not feel I was discriminated against. That being said. I did not weigh 400 lbs. So I have no idea what that would feel like

I Wanna B a Runner...
as far as shoes. I bought $65 asics from Sports Authority. I spent 20$ on the "warranty". I can send my shoes back within 1 year of purchase. THey must be worn, ripped, etc...but they send you the full purchase price of the shoe. So yes you need to lay out some dough now, but you end up with ur second (third, fourth, fifth) pair costing $20. As an aside. I've been running for a while. I've tried New Balance, Nike, Rebok. The Asics are the MOST comfortable running shoe for my "Flintstone" feet.

anyone taking biotin?
I take a generic Biotin 1000mcg from Sunshine Vitamins. Good stuff, chewable. Tastes like cherry. My hair is thicker and stronger, as are my nails. I have thin curly hair and it hasn't felt this good since pregnancy when my hair gets super thick. Best part they are 9.99$ for 90 day supply
