Very sad at the moment...

well usually when i am stressed i eat...not this time. i just feel sick to my stomach. i found out earlier today my twin sister passed away- we're 38. my heart is broke...and i don't feel like eating at all. i did manage to choke down some dinner for the kids sake. my hubby is military so i had to do the entire red cross thing so they could contact him and get him home. he will be home later tonight. this is all so new to me because usually i eat. it's crossed my mind but it just doesn't sound good at all to me. i just want to know how people deal with stress and the band. all new to me since i was banded may 20th.

thank you, gypsy

I am also so sorry for your loss. I hope your husband is able to come home soon to comfort you.

I would agree with the other posting regarding the workout to relieve some stress. Often times I would rather not exercise, but after I do it, I feel better.

i am really sorry to hear of your loss. stay strong and keep your head up. maybe go for a nice long walk to clear your head. think of all the good memories you shared with her. then treat yourself to a nice bubble bath. i'll be keeping you in my thoughts.

Oh no. What a profound loss. I'm so sorry. I can't even imagine.

Scream, runner, do a kick box class, anything intense to get out the feelings. May God bless you tonight and in the days that follow. Hugs and prayers for you...
