Why we hate men.

So I spent like 13K on my lap band surgery and have been struggling to drop my pathetic 8lbs this last month. No alcohol, no bread, no Pasta, no soda, only sugar free sweets, no fun. And walking my tail off on the treadmill.

My husband cut back to diet Jack and Coke and stopped eating quite as many Cookies in the evening and has already dropped like 15lbs in 2 weeks.

Yes, this is why we hate men.:)

It sounds like those slim shot commercials(I think it's called slim shots) where the lady goes on a diet and the man cuts back a little and he loses more than the lady. But in anycase, I understand your frustration.

:rolleyes2:ugh... you hang in there. i had to get unfilled so im watching what im eating closely. as i type this im in the office eating a chicken ceasar salad and my thin as a rail hubby is in the next room chomping away at a pastrami sandwich & french fries!!!

I understand your frustration but there are two sides of everything.

Across the industrialized world, women still live 5 to 10 years longer than men. Among people over 100 years old, 85% are women, according to Tom Perls, founder of the New England Centenarian Study at Boston University.
