  1. Hey! I feel the exact same way. I'm amazed by the people who are able to eat or say the shakes are delicious. The thought of food makes me feel Sick. I feel the same way. - y did I do this???? I have not had a happy or regular day.
  2. Wow. You look great! How far are you from your goal?? Do you have any trouble eating??

  4. I would play it by ear. My doctor gave me 2 weeks but when I went back, he said 3 weeks. I really low on the energy part after a month.

  7. Hi Mami, I'm sure you will have everyone hitting on you. I can't imagine what it will be like to not have big breast anymore. I'm so use to using them to get stuff!!! But they ate taxing on my back.
  8. Yeah sleeping is hard for me too. I have to take ambien. This was the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. It gets significantly better after the 2nd week. I also use a heating pad a lot.
  9. I did not have to do a Pre opp diet. As a matter of fact, I ate my favorite foods everyday up until the day before surgery when I had to do a liquid diet.
  10. This is great advise. I'm really struggling to eat everything just gross me out. I don't want to go back to eating carbs but crackers stay down.
  11. Finally something I can eat!!! I pull the hard skin off and it keeps me full for hours. I know it's not protein but it keeps me from starving.
  12. My doctor said not was ok to take ambien. I have no problem swilling them since they are oblong and not round.
  13. It's so different everyday. One day 2 times s day and then the next week nothing - and I'm taking miralox.

  15. Date night with my husband. Dinner and a movie. I don't even know where to begin since the thought and smell of food makes me gag.
  16. I'm thankful that I made it through month 1 and I'm not dealing with the pain. I've had my dumping experience, and vomiting foamies. Now I'm worried about lack of Water, calories and Protein. Why is it we can only drink water with lots of I've?? Is there a Protein Bar that can help instead of a shake that isn't covered in chocolate? What about nuts? Scramble eggs with turkey bacon? I'm ready to add something else beside oatmeal and cottage cheese. Or at least another protein.
  17. Also if any one has a free sample they can ship my way. I have some from baracteric advantage. I'm so feed up on looking for something that might work im down to 150 calories a day. Any help???
  18. Just hang in there. The pain for me was horrible week 1, got better week 2, and almost by week 3.
  19. So you only want to lose 10 to 25 pounds?
  20. Sorry to hear that. Maybe when your ready, you can meet some of the nice guys on this site who you can share experiences with.
