  14. Hi Cutiepie, I was not eating more than 30 to 100 calories a day and not drinking more than 10oz of fluids. I felt like a zombie everyday and I could not function ( return to normal activities) and I slept a lot. Yes, I could hold food down but I could not force myself to eat. When I would smell food I just got nauseated. Then my urine turned brown - which was a sign of dehydration. I didn't know about the potassium issue but I got to the hospital just in time. My hands turned numb and I couldn't feel anything. I got over 10 bags of iv in the hospital and I have a lot of work to do today healthy.
  15. Thanks everyone!! I've gotten Iv's all night. My potassium was do low both of my hands turned white and went completely numb. I had to get blood drawn every 2 to 3 hours and I woke up to 3 bags for my iv - more potassium, Magnasium, and minerals. My surgeon will be by to see me today, I feel like I just got detention.

That's what we r here for. Having a nutritionist doesn't mean you don't know how to eat. It just means you want to learn new or better things. We go to school to learn etc. So what things are you going to start eating?
