  1. I was in opti fast for 3 months. There is actually a few people on eBay that sells them wayyyy cheaper. Just make sure they check the expiration date.

  3. Omg. Such a good question. I only changed clothes when I went home. I don't think I used anything I brought, the hospital suppled toothbrush, paste, soap, gown. You will need Chapstick!! I never got a chance to read - kindle did not get used.

I do not see how, but I'm looking for opinions and advise. I think it might be the toothpaste, so which one does not make you sick?

  12. My nut told me to stay under 5v of sugar. I can tolerate a little apple juice even though it is well over.

  15. I eat watermelon everyday!! My nut said any fruit should be ok except pineapple. I have not tried any bread and I can't tolerate eggs.

  19. I use Splenda, but I try to use half of what I did before the surgery. No dumping from it. If you do, you can try trivia. Splenda is coming out with a new form of sugar that is suppose to be much better for you.
  20. Before I have dumping I have heavy pressure in my stomach and feel very sick. Then I just curl up and lay down until it comes out.
  21. Oh this is awful. I'm glad you have such a wonderful boyfriend helping you through this. I've had a uti since surgery which they have treated 3 times and I have to go get checked out tomorrow. I'm scared my kidneys have been effected.
  22. I am post opp. 7 weeks. I promised myself I would wait 6 months before I try to bite a pizza and only after I've walk at least 3 miles. I'm trying to make sure if I eat anything like that I can handle burning it off. I'm not at the point yet, so I don't think about it.
