Fitbit

Anyone have a Fitbit? I bought it yesterday and set it up last night. Super cool.

They sell them at best buy stores as well I always look at them when I go in but yet to buy one. :)

I think Santa will bring me one for Christmas this year but I want one now!

I love my fit bit. Our company gave them to a groups of us at work to test out before we have them for the Veterans we are working with. We found that myfitnesspal app. That links with the fit bit has a lot more foods than the fit bit. We have competitions on who gets the most steps In a week.

One week I was on top. But wait till after the surgery and I'll be there again!

Also if your in an office setting you can down load. Fitbolt. It has a range of exersizes that you do every half in hour (depending on how often you would like). I reminder comes up and shows you an exersizes or stretch to do.
