Think I just had my first round with dumping but the only thing I ate was water and Unjury chicken soup protein powder with water !

    Nope no sugar at all !! I disintegrate think I drink it too fast. I can only do a couple sips at a time.

    I dumped off truvia so I guess it's possible to dump off Protein.

    That's a shame. Hang on to it you might be able to tolerate it next month.
